Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges

While we hope that it never comes down to this, sometimes some designs may not work for you. No worries, we can try and fix it.

  • To start a return, you can message us on +1 940-344-2329, with in 2 days, of receiving your item. We will not entertain any requests once this period is passed.
  •  You may request store credit or exchange for another item (based on availability).  
  • If your return is accepted, you will be given a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Returns will not be accepted without RAC.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Shipping charges for return/exchange will have to be paid by the customer. Our free shipping policy will not be applicable on this item in case of exchange.
  • The item needs to be shipped out with in 3 days of receiving it. We will need the tracking information for the return.
  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect and process your return.
  • If we do not receive the item in original condition, we will need to charge restocking fee depending on the condition of item.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (same day or next day at best) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

  • We will need pictures of the damage to approve the return. 
  • If your return is accepted, you will be given a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Returns will not be accepted without RAC. 
  • We will send a return label for you to ship back the damaged item. 
  • Return the item in its original packaging material.
  • The item needs to be shipped out with in 2 days of receiving it or we will not be able to accept it.
  • Refunds are only in the form of store credit or exchange if same item is available, once the item is received. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance or sale items. They are considered FINAL SALE.
